Abstract submission

General Guidelines

Abstracts must be written in English, using the Oxford submission form.

Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the on-line system of the Congress webpage (See below). Abstracts submitted via email or any other means will not be accepted.

 Important Information

The deadline for abstract submission is January 31, 2022 - 8 pm CET. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. 

Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants for BPC 2022. Registration must be received no later than May 15th, 2022  to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference program and scheduled for presentation. 

Authors will be notified by e-mail no later than March 15th, 2022 whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected, and, in case of acceptance about the form of presentation (oral or poster).

Final abstracts will appear in the abstract book.

Guidelines for presenters

Oral contributions are 15 minutes long including questions. 

The poster size used is A0.
