Guidelines for presenter

Posters should be in portrait and not exceed A0 size (1189mm high x 841mm width). Display panels will be available. Contributors are charged with pinning up their posters before the start of the session and removing them at the end. |

15 minutes are allocated for regular oral contributions, including questions. A talk of 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of questions is recommended. |
